    1. Discovery Interview

    All projects begin with a brief discovery interview to help us gain a basic understanding of your desired scope, timeline, and budget.

    Our experienced team will visit your space in person to gain a deep understanding of your vision, so we can provide an accurate detailed quote.

    3. Proposal Refinement

    To ensure a successful outcome, we work collaboratively with you to prioritize potential project scope and find the right balance between timeline and budget.

    A dedicated Project Superintendent will manage every step of your build to ensure the highest quality workmanship and track against quoted timelines.

    As we move into the final “fit and finish” stage of your project, a member of our senior management team will meet you on-site to personally check the work performed.

  • We bring over 20 years of design + build + remodel experience in the Atlanta area combined with an extensive knowledge of building techniques, local regulations, and site permitting requirements. You will not find a more dedicated, professional team for your project.

  • We provide a one year structural warranty commencing after project completion including ad hoc follow-ups to address any issues related to the project that may arise.

  • Yes! We hold an Unrestricted General Contractor license for the construction of all private, commercial, institutional, industrial, public, and other buildings or structures pursuant to the State of Georgia Licensing Board for Residential and General Contractors OCGA § 43-41-2 (5) as approved the Georgia Secretary of State.

  • Yes! We carry $1 million in general liability insurance coverage, but have adjusted this limit for larger projects.

  • The type of project drives the contract format, but generally remodeling projects fall under a “fixed price” contract with allowances, while new homes and commercial projects are typically drawn up as “cost plus” contracts.

  • Yes! At the start of every contract, we assign a Project Superintendent to take personal ownership of the build from start to finish and every step along the way. However, our management team will continue to make regular site visits. If at any point you have concerns, you have direct access and someone is always available.

  • Change orders come in different formats based on the type of change being requested, but all change orders are executed in writing to ensure clear communication along with documentation of any impact to the project cost or duration.
